  • Many people ask this, and I often compare it to working with a therapist. It’s not because you can’t do it alone, but because guidance, accountability, and expert perspective make progress clearer and more sustainable. A personal trainer helps you plan properly, stay consistent, and avoid wasting time or energy.

  • Online coaching works because results come from structure, consistency, and feedback, not from where you train. With a clear plan, regular check-ins, and ongoing adjustments, you stay accountable and know exactly what to do each week. It gives you flexibility without losing guidance or direction.

  • I don’t rely on generic programs or one-size-fits-all plans. Every client gets a fully customized approach based on their goals, lifestyle, and training history. I combine science-backed methods with real coaching experience to create plans that are effective, realistic, and sustainable long-term.

    I will not disappear after giving you a plan and leave you all by yourself. Unlike other coaches I offer video calls weekly for 15 mins to check your progress online.

  • Training sessions alone don’t tell the full story. Real progress comes from what you do between sessions, how you recover, and how your body responds over time. Monthly tracking allows me to adjust your training, monitor progress, and make sure the work we do in person actually leads to results.
